About Stephanie Whited, LCSW (LLC)
A critical component of abundant living is finding the freedom to radically accept and fully understand who we are, why we do the things we do, and how we can fully become the persons we were intended to be. The journey to this kind of freedom can be difficult to navigate alone which is why therapy is often such a necessary part of the process.
Stephanie Whited is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with over 14 years of experience, who believes in coming alongside individuals in pursuit of this freedom. Her work focuses on empowering individuals to create healthy thought lives, to increase self-awareness, and to adopt skills that will enable individuals to identify and express their feelings and needs. The byproduct of this work has the capacity to reduce depression and anxiety as well as increase the ability to tolerate stress and navigate interpersonal relationships.
Stephanie has had the privilege of providing clinical interventions in both residential and community-based settings, providing services to older children, adolescents, adults and families, as well as clinical supervision, management and program development. Her experience has had a special focus on attachment, childhood experiences, and trauma, specifically in relationship to how they impact individuals later in life.
Stephanie would love an opportunity to sit with you, hear your story, and help meet your goals for a happier and healthier life. She can be contacted at (540) 577-5676 or at [email protected]
